    UK SHIPPING

    We use Royal Mail Tracked Service (24-48) which requires a signature upon drop off. We also use DPD Next Day for goods with a weight greater than 3kg.

    Please note that these delivery services will require a signature at it’s destination. Liability in the products (e.g. damage or loss to the products) will remain with us until we deliver the goods to the consumer, or the goods are collected in-store. The risk will then be passed to the consumer and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage once the item has left our sorting facility. Please note we deliver to UK mainland only.

     

    DELIVERY SCHEDULE

    We aim to dispatch your order on the same day if the order it placed by 3pm, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this will be processed on the day, but will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. The shop is closed on Bank Holidays and dates as advertised on our website (http://www.viperuk.co.uk). Orders will not be processed on these days, but will be processed the next business day.
