1. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you received your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team who will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). You must return the goods within 14 days from the day you notified us of your cancellation.
2. Returns and Refunds
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have the right to return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team who will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). You must return the goods within 30 days from the day you received them.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, such as a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days from the day you received your goods. However, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
All returned goods must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. If an item is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, we may not be able to process your refund or exchange.
There are certain items that cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Perishable goods, such as food or flowers
- CDs, DVDs or software that have been unsealed
- Underwear, swimwear or earrings that have been worn or removed from their packaging
